Meet Our Team
Meet Dave Johnson, our Culinary Director. Dave leads the kitchen at CRU PVD, and oversees recipe, menu and concept development. Dave’s regional experience includes time spent as Chef and Kitchen Manager at RISD Dining, and Executive Chef at Bayberry Beer Hall, and his career has even had him cooking for three presidents! When he's not at CRU PVD, you can find him fermenting krauts, kimchis, pickles, sourdoughs and vinegars, or adding to his collection of Birkenstocks and vinyl.
